The Port Adelaide Rowing Club has ample facilities for rowing and fitness. The large clubrooms have facilities for club social activities and are also available for public hire.
Port Adelaide Rowing Club has attained level 2 accreditation for the GOOD SPORTS program, a free initiative of the Australian Drug Foundation helping community sporting clubs to responsibly manage alcohol and better understand their Liquor Licence and duty of care requirements. This accreditation recognises our club as a family friendly venue that provides a safe place for people to play sport, have fun and socialise.
Clubrooms
The Port Adelaide Rowing Club is right on the banks of the Port River. Its waterfront location offers unparalleled views of huge ships gliding in and out of harbour, busy tugs, frolicking dolphins, small river traffic and boats under sail.
The PARC clubrooms have recently undergone extensive renovations. Relocation of the bar to overlook the long rowing course on the Port River and new furnishings to cater for 100 people make the clubrooms an attractive function centre hire option, at very reasonable rates.

Rowing facilities
The club has a full range of rowing sculls and sweeps for use in races, crew training, learning to row and rowing for fitness and pleasure. Recent acquisitions include a new training four, a good second hand eight, a new racing single scull, a new racing double scull and a new set of racing sweep four oars.
The rowing equipment is kept two large boatsheds attached to the clubrooms, from which there is a short paved ramp to the river.
Fitness facilities
The boatsheds include an area for fitness training, using basic gym equipment and ergo rowers.
